Out Of Stock Situations
We endeavour to maintain inventory in stock for despatch to the buyers. In case for any reason, we find a product is out of stock and you have placed an order against the same, we will contact you within 2 business days and offer you an option to exchange, delay or cancel the order based on your convenience.
Delivery Of Products
Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 3-10 business days from receipt of order and payment depending on the address for delivery.
Order deliveries will be made by third party courier and logistics companies or postal services usually between 7.30 am – 9 pm, Monday –Sunday.
We take no responsibility if the good is received by some other person at the place of address. Please ensure that you receive the goods on your own
Since the transactions are authorised by the cardholder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order
We are not responsible for the damage of products after delivery.
