Return & Exchange Policy

Our team physically inspects each product to ensure high quality at affordable prices. In rare cases, our customers may want to exchange or cancel their orders.

The request for return or exchange will be guided by Akira Furnishings Return & Exchange policy.

Request For Exchange

  1. Exchange requests can be accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the goods are unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in saleable condition with original packing, price tags, and labels.
  2. The request will be at the sole discretion of Akira Furnishings.
  3. An inspection may be conducted by Akira Furnishings to ascertain the condition of the item prior to the approval of the exchange request.
  4. Freight charges for both sides shall be borne by the customer.

Request For Returns

  1. Return requests can be accepted only in the case where there is a material defect/damage found in the product.
  2. Return can be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
  3. For any external damages to the packed product, please document the same at the time of delivery.
  4. For fragile items (Glass, Crockery, and Mirrors, etc.) please take Open Delivery and verify the same is damage free before accepting the delivery and return immediately if found damaged.
  5. Credit Note will be provided by Akira Furnishings. The same will be processed within 7 working days after the pickup of the original item.
  6. Bank Charges will not be reversed.

Request For Cancellation

  1. A cancellation can be initiated prior to the processing of the order.
  2. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be initiated.
  3. Once the order is processed, the same cannot be cancelled.
  4. Bank charges on refund will not be reversed.

International Refunds/Exchange

  1. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on international orders.
  2. Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged.
