Domestic Shipping Policy

At Akira Furnishings (brand of Akira Impex) we try our best to make your shopping experience seamless, simple, and hassle-free. Therefore, we ensure that every product you order is dispatched immediately, in perfect condition and reaches you at the stipulated time.

Shipping Charges:

• Shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout. We ship via Indian Postal Service/Courier Service
• Normal Delivery takes up to 3-10 business days

International Shipping Policy

Customs Duties & Taxes for International orders

Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent.

Note: In case of International Orders, if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his/her order from the Shipping agency, the customer is solely responsible for exigency arising out of such actions

Shipping Charges

• International shipping will be extra for all products and intimated accordingly
• International orders are usually delivered within 15- 30 business days.

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries in India & International.

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to avoid any form of damage. Our products are wrapped and sealed with tamper and weatherproof packaging to ensure that you receive your order in safe and secure condition. If you find any kind of discrepancies, or if the package is upon delivery looks tampered with or damaged, please contact our Customer Service immediately.
