4. Damaged During Transit

5. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged if:

  • The item is unused and in saleable condition.
  • Original tags and packaging are intact.

Exchange approval is subject to inspection by Akira Furnishings.

Unless the exchange is due to our error, shipping costs for both pickup and redelivery will be borne by the customer.

  • Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
